Premium Security Infrastructure
for Scottsdale’s Builders & Developers
DC Ranch estates, Troon custom homes, North Scottsdale resort builds, Kierland-area commercial construction — Scottsdale’s new development market demands security subcontractors who can match the pace, precision, and finish expectations of the rest of the project team. We pre-wire, integrate, and commission systems that are invisible when they need to be and functional at the highest level from day one.
Built for Scottsdale’s Builders, Developers & Contractors
Minted Secure is a trusted new construction security partner for custom home builders, luxury estate developers, and commercial contractors active in Scottsdale and the surrounding East Valley. We understand construction timelines, phased occupancy, and what it takes to deliver a premium result.
Luxury Custom Home Builders
Scottsdale’s custom home clients — particularly in DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Troon, and Grayhawk — expect integrated, design-forward security from move-in day. We pre-wire and install systems that feel built in, not bolted on, with seamless Control4 and Crestron integration where specified.
General Contractors
We integrate cleanly into your construction schedule. Our team coordinates pre-wire during framing, returns for trim-out post-drywall, and handles commissioning on your timeline — not ours. Zero surprises, zero schedule conflicts.
Commercial Developers
New mixed-use, office, and retail developments along Pima Road and in the Scottsdale Airpark corridor need security systems spec’d into the build from day one. Retrofitting after occupancy costs 3x more and delivers a worse result.
Hospitality New Builds
New resort and boutique hotel developments in Scottsdale require security infrastructure that balances guest experience with operational security. We design systems for the full property — lobby, rooms, exterior, staff areas — from the ground up.
Electrical Contractors
We work alongside your electrical team to coordinate low-voltage runs, panel locations, and conduit paths — reducing callbacks and making your rough-in inspection cleaner. We speak your language on the job site.
Architects & MEP Engineers
We can provide spec documentation, camera layout drawings, access control plans, and equipment schedules for permit sets and architectural drawings during the design phase. Full spec package available. See our architect services →
From Blueprint to Fully Operational System
We integrate into your existing construction workflow — not the other way around. Here’s how we work on a new construction project in Scottsdale:
Security Scoping & System Layout
We review your building plans and design a complete security layout — camera coverage zones, access control points, panel and NVR equipment locations, conduit paths, and outdoor perimeter coverage for desert property lines. We produce documentation suitable for permit packages and architectural sets.
Conduit & Pre-Wire Installation
Our team performs the pre-wire during the framing or rough-in window — running conduit, placing junction boxes, pulling low-voltage cable, and coordinating outdoor conduit for perimeter cameras and gate access systems. We work directly with your GC and electrical contractor to avoid conflicts and stay on schedule.
Trim-Out & Equipment Installation
After drywall, paint, and ceilings are complete, we return to mount cameras, install access control readers and panels, hang intercoms, wire gate access, and connect all equipment to the head-end location. Hardware is selected to complement the architectural finishes of the space.
System Integration & Configuration
We program the full system — camera names and zones, access schedules, user credentials, mobile app setup, and integration with the property’s Control4, Crestron, or other smart home platform. Every component is tested and ready for inspection and occupancy.
Owner Walkthrough & System Handoff
We walk the owner or property manager through the complete system before we leave — live camera views, access credential management, how to retrieve footage, intercom and gate operation, and how to reach us for ongoing support. The full system documentation package is provided at handoff.

Security Planned at the Right Stage Costs Less & Performs Better
Retrofitting security into a finished luxury property means cutting into premium finishes, running exposed conduit, and compromising camera placement. Planning during construction eliminates all of that.
Lower Installation Cost
Pre-wiring during framing eliminates the need to cut through drywall, travertine, or polished concrete — reducing retrofit costs by 30–50% on a typical Scottsdale estate or commercial build.
Preserves the Architectural Finish
Cameras and hardware are flush-mounted with fully concealed wiring. No visible surface conduit, no patched drywall, no compromised ceilings in properties where finishes matter.
Future-Proof Infrastructure
We pull conduit sized for future upgrades — additional cameras, expanded access control, or next-generation smart home integration — so owners never need to re-open walls.
A Stronger Product at Delivery
For developers and builders, a fully integrated security and smart home system is a meaningful value-add for Scottsdale buyers and lessees who expect it at this price point.
Active Across Scottsdale’s Development Corridors
We’re active on new construction projects throughout Scottsdale and the greater East Valley — from North Scottsdale estate communities to commercial developments across Maricopa County.
